New in the Research Center on Oregon's maritime history

Two recent books by Barney Blalock are now available in the Research Center, focusing on Oregon's maritime history:

• Oregon shanghaiers : Columbia River crimping from Astoria to Portland
• Portland's lost waterfront : tall ships, steam mills, and sailor's bordinghouses
